During our travels through Spain, where we visited several wine producers and explored various regions, we had the opportunity to experience a wide array of exceptional restaurants. It was there that the dream of opening a Spanish restaurant in Stockholm was born. We realized there was a chance to offer something new – a restaurant with elegant interiors, focusing on main courses prepared with carefully selected ingredients from Spain’s finest producers.

Our visits to wineries in Ribera del Duero and Rioja inspired us to curate a wine selection that we are truly proud of. It was also through the winery Dehesa de los Canonigos that we met our head chef Andres. After sharing our vision with him, he chose to leave London and move to Stockholm to join our team.

At Aleks y Filip, we invite our guests to enjoy a classic dining experience with a three-course menu – starter, main course, and dessert. Here, you will find the finest Spanish charcuterie, dry-aged meats, Galician octopus, and one of the best desserts – Torrija.
